Delivery Information
All Bizarre Bars are supplied in packs of 10 in lovely retail display boxes. These boxes provide some extra protection and double up as an eye catching display unit for your shelves. All of our orders are boxed by hand with lots of bubble wrap to ensure they reach you safely. They are all sent via DPD and must be signed for upon receipt!
Minimum order and free delivery
We offer free delivery on your first order
Minimum order of £50 excl VAT
Thereafter you can get free delivery on orders over £150 excl VAT or it's £7 for delivery
Damages
In the rare event that you receive damaged choccy, please take pictures and let us know via email within 48 hours. We are always here to help! If you are missing any chocolate, please just contact us and we'll sort it out for you!

Changes in orders
If you would like to change your order for Bizarre Bars after placing it, that is totally fine! We can be very flexible so long as it is not over £1000 worth of stock. However, if you can let us know as soon as possible, it's always best!
Orders for bespoke products cannot be changed once we have confirmed your order.
Lead Times
We will always endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible! All of our products are made by hand, which is one thing our customers love! During busy times, your order will take longer to arrive and in some cases it can take up to 3 weeks. We always aim to deliver within a 2 week timeframe though. We highly recommend placing your Easter orders and Christmas orders in advance and we accept Christmas orders from May - even if you don't need it until November, it's best to get it in!
For bespoke orders, we will provide a delivery date so you know when your order is going to arrive!

Allergen Information
All of our products contain soya lecithin and dairy. All of our products are made in an environment where nuts, gluten and a number of different allergens are present. Please refer to individual products for ingredients list.
Storage Information
All of our products must be kept out of direct sunlight and stored in a cool dry place away from heat sources.
Payment Information
If you are a new stockist, we ask that the first 3 orders are paid before shipping. We will send the invoice through via email before sending your order. After this, we give 30 days payment terms upon receipt of delivery.

If you have 2 unpaid invoices with us we cannot release another order until the balance has been settled. This excludes extraordinary circumstances!
